Karin and I have been married for 37 years and have four adult children currently living in Texas and North Carolina, and five grandchildren.  Karin and I met in church as teenagers and began dating her senior year in high school.  Upon Karin graduating college, we got married and began life together as one.  We first visited North Way the summer of 2019 and later joined in the fall of that year.

I grew up in the Leander area and was able to go to church as a family which was a blessing and allowed for positive influences in my developmental years.  Although raised in church, I didn’t accept Jesus as my savior until I was 23 years old.  My spiritual walk with the Lord during the years since hasn’t always been on smooth paths, sometimes it has even been rocky, but God has always shown himself faithful, merciful and gracious and I praise God for His love towards His children.

During my adult life I have served in various positions within the church including as a children’s and adult teacher, and deacon.  Since joining North Way, Karin and I have had the opportunity to serve in the children’s ministry, Emergency Response Team, re|engage and have hosted and are currently active in a community group.

Karin and I are excited to continue growing our relationship with our church community and learning to walk alongside those who God leads us to minister to and encourage.
