WHAT ARE WE ASKING?
Our goal is not a number. We are asking for everyone who considers Hill Country Bible Church Leander to be their church to participate in a prayer process and ask God what He would have you do in response to this vision. Just obey whatever He tells you, and let us know what He says to you. We define success by participation in the process, not in reaching a monetary goal.

If you are already giving financially, we are not asking you to make a separate commitment. We are asking for one commitment. Anything you commit to give will go toward all three of these areas: engaging, multiplying, and investing.
We believe that if the individuals and families of our church
we will have everything we need for the ministry that God wants us to do in this city. Success is participation.
We have an amazing opportunity to bring God’s love and the good news of Jesus to Leander and beyond. By the power of the Holy Spirit, God can use us to make disciples and change lives. Join us as we say together, “Lord, Your Kingdom come!”

HOW WILL WE RESPOND?
As a church, we believe we can increase our capacity to make disciples in three major ways:
We will make disciples who love God and love people by engaging with individuals and families through each ministry that reaches our city. We are going to make a significant investment in every ministry you love over the next 2 years, allowing us to increase our connections and relationships with our neighbors.
Launch a residency program aimed at equipping and sending healthy leaders to serve and lead our local church, local church plants, and global church plants.
5 SENT IN 10: We aim to establish 5 healthy local church plants in 10 years. This can include partnership with our association.
10 SENT IN 5: We aim to send out 10 foreign church planters in 5 years.
We also aim to equip local residents to engage in disciple-making so they can take God’s Kingdom anywhere God leads them
Dramatically accelerate paying down our debt to free up funds to resource our ministries and operate from a healthy financial position today and in the future.
